Meet Matt.
Hi, I’m Matt! The human helping you learn how to steer your habits. Not with brute force, but with curiosity, encouragement, tracking, and smiles. I’ve worked to find my flavors of life, let’s work to find yours.
We’re going to use some habits as tools. Things like journaling, meditating, touching grass, making art, challenging our ego, moving our bodies, charity work, eating our veggies, working on relationships, reading…
The things the Ted Talks, Science, and Gurus of history can all agree on. And we’re going to learn the formula that changes your habits.
If it sounds daunting, that’s very normal. But we’re going to start start small, and engage the brain with new and varied experiences, not a grind.
Along the way you find value. That grows into appreciation. Then enjoyment. Scrolling doesn’t end on day one. As we find the flavors of experience that enrich your life, the scrolling just fades away.
